Company Profile

Founded in 1989 by partners Tim Garris and Pat Brantley, Garris-Brantley is a full service design-build firm specializing in custom residential and commercial projects. Garris-Brantley holds a North Carolina General Contractor's license with an "Unlimited" limitation. With over 50 years of combined design and construction experience, Tim and Pat are uniquely qualified to guide clients through a wide variety of projects. Bert Garris and Linda Brantley teamed up with Tim and Pat to found Garris-Brantley Properties, Incorporated. They provide real estate sales, listing, and property management services. Linda and Bert bring thirty years of real estate experience to aid clients with their real estate needs.

Garris-Brantley holds an Unlimited Classification NC General Contractor's License No. 28651.

Members of the Asheboro/Randolph Home Builders Association, Tim and Pat have each served terms on the board of directors. Tim also served as vice-president in 1995 and president in 1996 and 1997. Tim received the "Builder Member of the Year" award in 1998.

Proud to support Habitat for Humanity of Randolph County, Tim served on the steering committee that organized the Randolph County Affiliate. Tim has served on the board of directors and as chairman of the building committee since 1996. Under Tim's direction, the Randolph County affiliate has completed ten simple, decent homes for deserving families. Bert has also been an active supporter of HFH including serving on the Family Support Committee.

Garris-Brantley Properties, Inc. are members of the Asheboro/Randolph Board of Realtors, NC State Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Multiple Listing System. Bert and Linda have served on the Board of Directors for the Asheboro/Randolph Board of Realtors. Bert also served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Board in 1998.
